- Scope: a city that is the size of Santa Barbara
- Goals: to make sure that everyone is able to pursue what truly makes them happy in life
- Population: everyone would be welcome
- Education: children would attend school that would accommodate their personal interests
- Religious: freedom to practice any religion or no religion at all
- Architecture: everyone would live in a house with their family in little neighborhoods
To conclude, this city would allow people of all ages to be able to live the life that they want to live, pursuing their individual dreams.
